We can immediately apply a new logo, maintaining its proper proportions while rotating and aligning exactly the way you want it. A vinyl logo is like a pre-made sticker. It cannot be altered. Instead, the vinyl logo manufacturer must make and send a new logo, delaying the project an average of one week’s time. Avoid printing stencils or vinyls! GEMI’s techniques need no printed materials. We use vector files for the application, and will create a versatile digital copy of your logo. The digital copy will be completely resizable with no loss of quality; from business cards to website use, you will have a crisp logo for it all!

At GEMI we take prodigious care of your wood surface. We expertly apply your logo directly to the surface of your sports court, but not until we have first exposed the wood, cleaned it, treated it, and sealed it twice to protect your valuable wood surface. Next, we use our unique GEMI technique to apply your logo, and then seal it twice more. Logos are painted directly on the sealed wood, so they are more even and flush with the wood. A vinyl logo sits higher than the wood. A belt sanding machine will begin to chip at the higher vinyl logo, ruining it. The smooth and exact GEMI process protects the wood as well as the logo for years to come.

The backbone to GEMI’s precise and efficient technology is Real Time Vectoring (RTV). We use RTV to make immediate adjustments on-site. We can rotate, position, resize, and even change color pigments and tints for you immediately at your location. A vinyl logo is like a sticker, and a stencil is just that: a stencil to trace; No alterations or changes can be made. If a change is necessary for one of these outdated technologies, your only option is to trash it and wait for a new one to arrive. GEMI will allow you to make adjustments and corrections quickly, and at no extra cost.

GEMI's sports court logo system is designed for maximum time efficiency. We will perfectly align your work with several sets of z, x, and y coordinate adjustments. These coordinates lock perfectly into place, enabling us to apply GEMI's CAD logo process in virtually any location. The end result is a system with fewer points of failure which leads to a more robust and problem-free system. What it means for our clients: a precise and exactly applied logo anywhere in your sports court.

Real Time Vectoring (RTV)

The use of CAD yields another benefit called Real Time Vectoring (RTV). RTV allows us to scale your design to virtually any size with absolutely no loss in quality. All designs are proportionally and mathematically correct to the original production design! For example, if you need a logo inside a gymnasium and two smaller ones on the outside walls, you don't need to spend time or money having multiple stencils created and if you decide you want it bigger or smaller we can make the adjustment on the fly! Furthermore, GEMI does not use stencils so there is no paper waste. Since stencils aren't used, we also save five hours or more on average per design.
